Full Job Description

Personal Injury Case Manager For Medical Clinic

Personal Injury medical case manager needed for busy medical clinic located in Mesa, Arizona. Arizona Injury Specialists is a multi-specialty clinic which focuses on treating people who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. We need someone preferably with experience working in a medical clinic who may have experience dealing with auto accident patients, attorneys or working with personal injury liens. Paralegal experience or experience as a legal aid in the personal injury field is a benefit. However, we are willing to provide training to the right person.

Duties Include:

Managing personal injury files
Communicating care with law firms and attorneys
Managing and submitting medical records and bills
Communicating with patients on patient care
Scheduling patients for medical appointments and procedures
Answering phones
Organize medical care/records
Some receptionist duties will be required

Must have experience with personal injury!

Hours Needed:

Full Time: M-F 9-6

Pay:

Hourly $21-23 DOE

Applicant must be highly organized and be able to multi-task!
