Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and skilled in communication? 1 Stop Motor Vehicle Services is hiring Experienced Bilingual Title and Registration Agents fluent in Spanish and English. We’re seeking friendly, quick learners eager to excel in a collaborative environment. Prior experience in motor vehicle services is required, and a valid RACF processor ID is a bonus!

Position Overview:

Title: Experienced Bilingual Title and Registration Agent
Location: 1501 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85006
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Closed Sundays and major holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with vehicle registrations, title transactions, driver’s licenses, and legal documents
Maintain accurate and organized documentation
Apply Arizona motor vehicle regulations and procedures

Requirements for Success:

Fluency in Spanish and English with strong communication skills
Previous experience in motor vehicle services
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Availability during all listed business hours
Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening
(Optional) Valid RACF processor ID

Our hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Shifts vary, and employees must be available during all business hours.
