The Role: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you’ll run scheduled, in-home appointments with homeowners who want painting work done.

Your job is to:

● Build trust quickly

● Ask great questions

● Understand what the homeowner actually wants

● Present clear, honest solutions

● Follow a proven sales system (no winging it)

You are not cold-calling or knocking random doors.

You will have real opportunities - your performance determines how big you win.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Meet homeowners for pre-set interior and exterior painting consultations ● Lead professional, consultative sales conversations

● Present Peach Painting’s services clearly and confidently

● Build accurate estimates and proposals using our tools

● Follow up consistently and professionally

● Keep CRM notes and pipeline updated daily

● Coordinate clean handoffs with production after the sale

● Represent Peach Painting with integrity and professionalism
