FlexTrades is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on CNC Programmer to support complex machining operations in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role focuses primarily on CNC lathes but requires the ability to program across multiple machine platforms. The ideal candidate is quality-driven, collaborative, and thrives in a hands-on prove-out environment.

Qualifications
- Experience with Mastercam and CNC programming
- Strong G & M code knowledge
- Multi-axis machining experience preferred
- Ability to read prints and understand GD&T
- Experience with aluminum, stainless, and titanium
- Hands-on, team-oriented, and quality-focused
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines offline using Mastercam
- Write and edit G & M code (Fanuc, Haas)
- Support lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines (4- and 5-axis)
- Prove out programs at the machine and work closely with operators
- Troubleshoot machining and program issues
- Create setup sheets and support first article inspections (FAIs)
- Program complex parts with tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $50/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
