Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual)

We are looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate about serving people, creating a welcoming environment, and helping patients navigate their dental care with clarity and confidence.

As a privately owned dental practice, we focus on relationships over rushing, honesty over pressure, and teamwork over hierarchy. This role combines scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and front office support to create a seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly voice patients hear when they call and the warm smile they see when they arrive
Schedule and manage appointments to help maintain an efficient and productive schedule
Verify and update dental insurance benefits for patients
Clearly explain insurance coverage, treatment estimates, and patient financial responsibilities
Help patients understand expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins
Submit insurance claims accurately and follow up on outstanding claims when needed
Assist patients with billing questions, balances, and payment options
Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information
Communicate compassionately and clearly in both English and Spanish
Coordinate closely with the clinical team to support patient care and treatment planning
Help create a smooth, organized, and welcoming patient experience from start to finish

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Friendly, professional, organized, and compassionate
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and patient-focused setting
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or front desk work preferred
Experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Experience with dental insurance verification, claims, or billing preferred
