ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 after spending five years working for a State Farm agent in East Tennessee. That experience helped prepare me to build an agency focused on growth, leadership, and serving customers the right way.

I graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am married with a son. Outside of work, I enjoy running marathons, golfing, and staying active whenever I can. Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We participate in charitable programs throughout the year and sponsor a variety of local running events.

Our agency offers PTO, licensing reimbursement, a casual office environment, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe people perform best when they feel supported both professionally and personally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Joshua Brandt - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
