Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for team management, and experience in office management practices. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient workplace while supporting staff and enhancing productivity.

Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing administrative staff and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
Maintain accurate records using Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite and other office management software.
Maintain monthly journals, schedules and general ledger.
Prepare payroll on a timely basis, maintain payroll records.
Process paperwork for new employees and terminations.
Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Experience in training development and team management is preferred.
Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
