To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of Finance experience in an RV, or Powersports or Automotive dealership. You need to have experience managing more than 10 people in one of those positions. You will not be considered otherwise

```Duties```
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your duties will include:

- Managing and supervising all staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards
- Implementing and enforcing policy and proceedure
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of Rv or Automotive operations
