Full Job Description

We are a family-owned irrigation and landscaping company proudly serving the DFW area, specializing in installing new irrigation and landscaping packages for new home builders. As our company continues to grow, we are excited to add a new member to our team! We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Landscaping Coordinator to join our office. Bilingual is required due to regular communication with spanish-speaking team members, customers, crews, vendors and partners.This is a dynamic position for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers and technology.

This is an in-office position (not remote/work from home). The right candidate will be a reliable team player who enjoys being part of a growing company and wants the opportunity to grow with us.

What you'll do:
- Install Completions: Data entry of completed installations and completing open tasks in our database daily in FileMaker Pro (database).

- Sod Completions: Follow up, receiving and saving sod installations reports and photos from all previous day installations to Dropbox.

- Communicate daily with homeowners, customers and/or builders to verify addresses are prepped and ready for irrigation and sod/landscape installation.

- Communicate with builders, homeowners, and crews to assist with service detail clarification, current install dates, and general inquiries.

- Assist with scheduling and email correspondence throughout the day on Thursdays.

- Sod/landscape quality checks – cross reference landscape install package matches quality control inspection to identify if return service is needed.

- Weekly Reports – create weekly reports and provide to appropriate person for database completion

- Communicate with installation crews to confirm with each crew they will be completing their daily schedule to provide an accurate route for their next day services.

- Assisting Landscape/Irrigation team with any duties still needing completion before the end of the workday.

- Scheduling service calls via: telephone, e-mail, text message, supply-pro and communicate with customers and vendors in a professional, friendly manner

- Maintain database of customers

- Miscellaneous Data Entry

- Scanning/Saving documents as needed

What were looking for:

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledge of Office Technology (Computers, Printers, Scanners, etc.)
Knowledge of Kofax (a plus but not required)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook)

Knowledge of FileMaker Pro (a plus but no required)
Great Multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
At least 40 WPM (typing test may be required)
Organization skills a must
Friendly phone demeanor
Dependability & Reliability
Team Player

Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday - 8:00am - 3:00pm (1 hour lunch)
No weekends required.

Pay: Starting at $17/hour depending on experience to start with room to grow. Raise will occur after fully trained on position Paid weekly. Bonuses twice a year for excellent job performance.

After 30 days of employment, medical insurance is offered with 100% paid for employee and 50% paid for employee spouse and/or child(ren). Upgraded medical plans available for additional fee paid by employee.

After 6 weeks of employment, childcare allowance is offered. (with work hours requirement)

After 6 months of employment, 401k is offered with employer match.

After 1 year of Employment: Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Time.
Medical Insurance offered after 30 days of full-time employment.
