Position Overview:

This is not just a trainer position—it’s a career with the opportunity for personal and financial growth. As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be working in the gym face-to-face with members. Responsibilities include participating in the sale of obtaining new clients. This includes prospecting within the gym; phone calls, assisting members on the work out floor and at the front desk to facilitate the sale of a new personal training client. Personal trainers will also have the opportunity to present their session rates and programs to new potential clients. Certified personal trainers will help clients achieve their fitness goals, build mental resilience, and boost their physical strength. We are looking for trainers who are not only passionate about fitness but also about making a difference in others' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Prospecting: Build and grow your personal training business through client outreach, phone calls, and floor engagement. Help members on the gym floor and introduce them to personal training services.
Personal Training: Develop tailored workout plans for clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve both physically and mentally.
Inspire and Motivate: Lead by example and bring energy to every session, ensuring clients feel supported and encouraged.
Client Assessments: Regularly evaluate client progress, making adjustments to workout plans to ensure continued success.
Education: Provide expert advice on fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness to help clients lead healthier lives.
Safety & Technique: Ensure a safe workout environment by maintaining equipment and teaching proper exercise techniques.
Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and support.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and certifications to ensure you’re always offering the best to your clients.

Qualifications:

Certification: Must hold a current personal training certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA,ISSA).
Experience: While experience is preferred, we are open to motivated newcomers eager to learn and grow with us.
Self-Starter: You must be confident and proactive, willing to go outside your comfort zone and take initiative in growing your business.
Passion for Fitness: A genuine desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
Confidence: Strong belief in your ability to help clients succeed.

Compensation:

Fitness Profile: While on the gym-floor trainers will be expected to prospect new clients and have the opportunity to make bonuses per fitness profile booked.
Industry-Top Pay: With the potential to earn $48,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on the amount of clients and hours scheduled.
