As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you’ll support both customers and the team by helping lead daily sales efforts, reinforcing strong customer service habits, and setting the tone for performance and accountability. You will learn how to coach others, manage priorities, and contribute to a structured sales strategy while ensuring every interaction reflects top-tier customer service. Each Entry Level Assistant Manager plays a key role in building a motivated, goal-driven team culture rooted in sales success and customer service leadership.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Engage customers directly to introduce AT&T wireless products while modeling professional sales behavior and consistent customer service.
Lead by example in customer interactions, reinforcing effective sales communication and solution-based customer service.
Apply consultative sales techniques to guide customers toward the best AT&T internet solutions while maintaining trust through customer service.
Assist with mentoring and supporting fellow Entry Level Assistant Managers (AT&T) to improve overall sales performance and customer service standards.
Participate in leadership development and ongoing training focused on sales management and customer service excellence.
Track, analyze, and report personal and team sales metrics to support continuous improvement and stronger customer service outcomes.
Finalize AT&T service agreements accurately, ensuring a smooth process grounded in customer service best practices.
Identify new growth opportunities and take initiative in local sales efforts while maintaining consistent customer service quality.
Maintain accurate documentation to support long-term retention through effective sales follow-up and reliable customer service.

Qualifications for the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Background in sales, leadership development, or customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations confidently in both sales and customer service situations.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Self-motivated, organized, and interested in developing leadership skills within a sales-driven environment focused on customer service.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Reliable transportation for daily commuting as an Entry Level Assistant Manager.
