Full Job Description

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing Australian fintech that just launched in the U.S. Their platform lets businesses earn points and rewards for everyday payments like bills, suppliers, and wages, turning routine transactions into real value. With recent funding to support U.S. expansion, they're now building their first U.S. team in Dallas.

We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own the entire growth engine in the U.S. from the ground up. This is a build role, not a manage role. You'll be the one writing the strategy and then executing it, with one marketer alongside you and a CEO who wants to move fast. Every dollar you spend and every campaign you run will be measured, and you'll have the freedom to run the tests you think will work.

What do you do?

Build and own the U.S. growth strategy across paid, lifecycle, content, and web
Drive qualified pipeline for the sales team and be accountable for the number
Run and optimize paid acquisition, from channel selection through to creative and budget
Own the funnel end to end, including landing pages, conversion rate, and lifecycle campaigns
Use data to decide what gets scaled and what gets killed, and report it clearly to the exec team
Manage and develop one direct report, and build the team out as the U.S. business grows
Partner with product and sales to sharpen positioning and messaging for the U.S. market

What do you need?

Proven track record building growth or demand generation for a B2B business, ideally fintech, payments, or SaaS
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition and lifecycle campaigns yourself, not just briefing an agency
Strong commercial and analytical thinking, with real ownership of CAC, pipeline, and ROI
Creative instincts alongside the numbers, with examples of campaigns you shaped end to end
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
Comfort in an early stage environment where you build the playbook rather than inherit one
