B2B Inside Sales Manager

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year + Bonus/Commission

Are you an experienced B2B sales leader who knows how to build high-performing inside sales teams and drive results in a high-volume call center environment?

Campus Box Media is looking for a B2B Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop our inside sales team. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with extensive experience managing high-volume B2B outbound calling teams and a track record of consistently achieving sales goals.

Previous B2B high-volume cold-calling sales and management experience is required.

The Opportunity

As our B2B Inside Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our sales organization. You'll be responsible for developing a team of high-performing sales professionals, creating accountability, improving conversion rates, and driving consistent revenue growth.

This is a full-time, in-office leadership position in Fort Worth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing B2B inside sales team.
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives.
Establish clear performance expectations and maintain a strong culture of accountability.
Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Coach representatives on effective outbound calling, prospecting, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Help the team maximize every customer interaction and improve call-to-conversion rates.
Analyze sales activity, performance metrics, and results to identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive the team toward—and beyond—monthly sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies that support company revenue objectives.
Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and professional development to team members.
Partner with leadership to continuously improve sales processes and team performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

4+ years of B2B call center sales experience.
4+ years of experience managing B2B call center sales staff.
Proven experience leading a high-volume outbound/cold-calling sales team.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and hold a results-driven sales team accountable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Strong understanding of B2B inside sales and outbound prospecting.
