Full Job Description

Please read before applying:

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for an experienced B2B LED display sales professional who already understands the LED display industry and can begin selling with minimal training.

Please apply only if you have prior sales experience in the LED display industry or a closely related professional AV, digital signage, or systems integration industry. Applications from candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

What We Require From You:

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in the LED display industry is strongly preferred.
Candidates with experience in professional AV, digital signage, systems integration, rental & staging, or commercial audiovisual equipment will also be considered.
This is not an entry-level position.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent English required.
Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Ability to travel for customer visits and trade shows.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

What You Will Get:

Basic Salary: $60,000.00

Commission:

3% commission on sales orders generated from cold outreach leads (i.e., leads that result solely from the sales representative’s independent cold outreach efforts).
2% commission on sales orders from leads obtained through other sources, including but not limited to trade shows, existing company leads, referrals, and similar channels.

(Typical annual sales volume for a GCL sales representative ranges from $1.5 million to $8 million.)

What You Need To Do:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer Acquisition:Obtain leads from exhibitions, trade shows, lead databases, and cold outreach to expand the customer base.
Relationship Building: Engage with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential new customers.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the LED display products offered by the company. Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings. Effectively communicate the unique selling points and advantages of our LED displays.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Showcase product features and benefits, emphasizing how they meet the customer's specific needs.
Lead Management: Manage and organize leads obtained from exhibitions, trade shows, and data packages. Develop a systematic follow-up process to convert leads into wholesale partnerships.
Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall marketing objectives. Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Provide input for the development of marketing collateral, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
Customer Visits: Schedule and conduct on-site visits with wholesale customers to strengthen relationships.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and wholesale market dynamics. Share insights with the company's leadership team to inform product development and strategic planning.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
