The RN Director, Quality and Risk will champion patient safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement within a dynamic acute care hospital. This senior nursing leader drives strategy for quality outcomes, oversees accreditation and compliance initiatives, and ensures strong risk mitigation processes that protect patients, providers, and the organization. The RN Director, Quality and Risk collaborates closely with executive leadership to align hospital-wide metrics with regional and national benchmarks, leading data-informed initiatives that elevate clinical excellence and strengthen a culture of safety.

Leading the Risk Management and Performance Improvement division, the RN Director, Quality and Risk will oversee regulatory compliance, occurrence reporting, grievance processes, and proactive risk assessments while fostering a Just Culture environment. Reporting to senior hospital leadership, this role partners with friendly, engaged nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, cost-effective, patient-centered care and continuous organizational improvement.
