Customer Service Representative

We are a client qualification call center company (assisting law firms) in the Cedar Park, TX area. The company is committed to hiring candidates that are great communicators, passionate about helping people, have an outgoing personality, are reliable and accountable and have an interest and/or talent in client services.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Outbound Call Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Bi-lingual / English & Spanish (Preferred)
US work authorization (Required)
Weekend availability (Required)
Mac Book and Google suites proficiency (Required)

Job Description

The Case Workup Specialist serves an important point of contact for potential clients of our partner law firms, handling both inbound and outbound calls. This role involves gathering detailed information about legal matters, performing initial case screenings, and supporting the early stages of case development. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to leads to determine qualification of a case
Use a logic based intake form to confirm information already collected from claimants and collect any additional needed information
Give general explanation of next steps for the claimant based on scripts and training
Maintain a great relationship showing both empathy and professionalism with potential claimants and team members
Accurately enter and update information in case management systems
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal standards
Assist with scheduling, document collection, and follow-up communications

Other Details

Pay: Start at $17/hour + commission. ($20 an hour on target earning with commission/bonuses)

Job Types: Full-time (35-40 hours per week)

Schedule: M-Sun (scheduled 5 days a week with 2 days off)

Hours: operating hours are 9 am - 8 pm Central time (typical varients of schedule are weekdays 9-4:30 or 1-8 , weekends 10-5 weekends)

Potential for office relocation to Liberty Hill/Georgetown in the next 6-8 months

We do not require you to have prior legal work experience (although any such experience is a PLUS). The team consists of a mix of different life and educational experiences/backgrounds all brought together by a similar passion to learn and help others. The position should prove very valuable to those individuals looking for an opportunity to sharpen very important people skills and/or experience in a fast-paced office.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
