About the Role:

The Clinical Research Unit (CRU) Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of clinical research activities within the healthcare services sector. This position is responsible for ensuring that all clinical trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ultimately contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care. The CRU Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and innovation to enhance research outcomes and improve patient safety. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and funding agencies, to secure necessary approvals and resources for research initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:
