Full Job Description

Position Summary

Inspire Radiology is seeking skilled BE/BC diagnostic radiologists for multiple shift opportunities with its expanding practice. Inspire is employee-owned with no private equity involvement. All positions are 100% remote and have a prioritized work/life balance. Independent Contractor and Full-Time Benefit positions available.

7 am – 3 pm (EST) (Days w/ Rotating Weekends)

$800,000 / year 1099 Base Compensation + production bonus ($55/ wRVU for the first 10 wRVUs)

26 working weeks (8-hour days)
7 days rotation / 7 days off
182 Shifts

8 am – 4 pm (EST) (Days / No Weekends / No Holidays)

$880,000/ year 1099 Base Compensation + production bonus ($50/ wRVU for the first 10 wRVUs)

8-hour shifts & no weekends / no holidays
145 calendar days off per year
220 Shifts
Shift start/end time negotiable

2 pm – 10 pm (PST) (SWING)

$760k Base compensation + production bonuses

26 working weeks (8-hour days)
7 days rotation / 7 days off

7 pm – 4 am (PST) (Overnight)

$753k Base compensation + production bonus ($69/ wRVU for the first 10 wRVUs)

121 shifts per year
7-day rotation / 14 days off

Your Skills & Qualifications

ABR or AOBR board-certified or eligible
Versatile and adaptable with a broad radiology skill set
Comfortable with STAT, ER, and urgent cases
Steadfast commitment to service excellence, fully embracing and embodying the company’s culture
