Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Python Developer to join our innovative software engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our applications. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend systems using Python, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Design system architecture and application workflows utilizing UML diagrams and system design principles for optimal efficiency.
Implement RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate communication between distributed systems and external platforms.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components built with React, Angular, or other JavaScript frameworks.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability across various environments like Linux and Windows.
Utilize version control tools such as Git, SVN, or TFS to manage codebase changes effectively within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Experience

Proven experience developing applications with Python in a professional setting, including developing backend systems and APIs.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles such as OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), system design for distributed systems, and application scalability.
Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB; including database design and query optimization using T-SQL or PL/SQL.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including React.js or Angular), TypeScript, AJAX for full-stack development projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications in distributed computing environments.
Experience working within Agile teams utilizing tools such as Jira or TFS for project management and version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
Ability to implement RESTful APIs and web services using SOAP or WCF; experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
