Association Manager (HOA/Community Association Manager)

Location: Flower Mound, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time

Accelerated Association Management Company (AAMC) is a locally owned, family-operated HOA management company serving communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Association Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned homeowners associations.
Build strong working relationships with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
Attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings (some evening meetings required).
Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and follow-up action items.
Coordinate vendor bids, contracts, and project oversight.
Conduct regular community inspections and manage covenant enforcement.
Respond promptly to homeowner and Board inquiries.
Work closely with the accounting department regarding budgets, assessments, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
Review architectural applications and assist with compliance matters.
Ensure communities comply with governing documents and applicable Texas laws.
Maintain accurate records using HOA management software.

Qualifications

Previous HOA, property management, or community management experience preferred.
M-100 designation preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
