Please only apply if you have experience working as an estimator at a body shop

Responsibilities

Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle
Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer
Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience
Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer
Perform other related duties as assigned
Only required to do a portion of walk-In estimates
May be required to order parts from time to time
We are a small shop so you will be responsible for blue-printing, supplements from almost all of the vehicles.
You will NOT be required to match estimates
Parts ordering is a plus

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License Required
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
Prior collision estimating experience preferred
Familiar with CCC
Strong organizational skills
