As a Screen Printing & Photopolymer Technician, you play a key role in producing high-quality, custom signage. Your attention to detail and technical skill ensure that every project meets both customer expectations and our internal quality standards.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting work orders to determine materials and production steps
- Operating photopolymer processing units to create raised, tactile sign faces
- Running hot stamping units and automatic screen-printing machines
- Mixing screen-printing inks to achieve precise color matches
- Preparing, cleaning, and organizing materials for production
- Assembling signs with accuracy to meet specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Supporting other departments and assisting with cross-functional tasks during downtime
- Consistently working with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency
Shift
This is a Monday-Friday, 5 days a week, 8-hour shift between our hours of operation which are ,7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. The schedule will be determined with input from the Team Member and adjusted to best fit the Team Member’s needs as well as the team.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or the equivalent is required
- Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities across different roles
- Experience with production processes and printing/painting software preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation: Significant Bonus Opportunities
- Monthly bonuses can be earned based on achieving the 95% complete and on time goal as well as properly managing labor and material expenses for gross profit (contribution margin) goals.
- The entire Team has the same goals and if achieved, the monthly bonus is split evenly among all eligible team members.
- Quarterly bonuses are based on going above and beyond for agreed upon contribution margin goals.

Physical Demands: Physical demands associated with this position include standing for long periods of time, walking, lifting, carrying materials (up to 50 lbs.), bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, reaching overhead, twisting, squatting and /or climbing. Must be able to carry out repetitive motions and substantial movements/motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must have close visual acuity, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
