Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketer to drive our brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales technology, CRM systems, and consultative selling to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong client relationships and promoting our solutions across various channels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth, utilizing cutting-edge sales and marketing tools to achieve impactful results.

Duties

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) outreach and lead generation.
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce Cloud and other sales automation technologies, to track campaign performance, manage customer data, and optimize outreach efforts.
Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients, fostering relationships through consultative selling techniques.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs, tailor messaging, and support deal closing efforts through effective communication strategies.
Leverage telemarketing skills to conduct outreach via phone communication, ensuring high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
Adopt sales technology tools to streamline processes, improve sales automation, and enhance overall sales productivity.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, campaign metrics, and follow-up activities within CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and reporting.

Experience

Proven experience in technical sales or technology-driven marketing roles with a focus on B2B environments.
Strong background in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center operations with demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is highly preferred.
Familiarity with sales automation technologies and the adoption of new sales tools to improve efficiency.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively in English.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling and client communication strategies.
Prior experience in customer service roles that involve active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.
