Service Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

Would you like to look forward to getting up to go to work again?! The West’s premier commercial HVAC provider is seeking a new member for our team in Denver, CO. Ontario Refrigeration operates from 12 locations in the Western United States and has a 65-year track record of success!

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and customer service skills. Excellent communication and computer skills are a must!

Duties include:

Scheduling and dispatching HVAC/R technicians
Handling high volume of incoming calls
Invoice processing
Administrative responsibilities

Position is full-time and offers a competitive benefits package including:
