Full Job Description

IMA, a rapidly growing value investing firm in Greenwood Village, Colorado is looking to hire a truly exceptional Operations Executive Assistant. Only applicants in the Denver metro area will be considered.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide help as executive assistant to the CEO
Plan and organize client dinners and other events
Office management including stocking and helping keep office kitchen clean and preparation of client gifts
Answer phone calls and greet clients in office
Assist team with operations, client requests and trading as needed
Preparation of routine client paperwork
Demonstrate solution orientated attitude to address variety of tasks

Position Requirements:

Ability to plan, execute, and oversee events from concept to completion
Basic knowledge of investment industry and financial instruments
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Create and manage event budgets effectively
Resolve ad-hoc issues
Comfort in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work on-site in Greenwood Village Monday - Friday
