Full Job Description

We are a real estate property management company, located in West LA. Our office is fast paced and we are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and eager to grow.

Requirements:

- Mandatory AppFolio or Yardi Proficiency

-Extensive Experience in Accounting/bookkeeping mandatory

Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, accrual accounting, cash accounting etc.

- Must be very comfortable with numbers, and spreadsheets

- Tech-Savvy

- Positive Attitude

- Goal Oriented

- -Interested in growing within the company

- Managing

Pluses:

- Bilingual

- Interest in property management

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Taking charge of Accounts Payable full cycle

- Taking charge of Accounts Receivable full cycle

- Property Management Accounting

- Bank Reconciliation

- Bank Deposits

- Invoicing

- Payroll

- Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation

- Mortgage Posting

- Assist Accountant with Month End process as needed

- Collections

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
