NURSE INJECTOR
Clinical Esthetics | Luxury Medical Spa

Rejuven8 Med Spa is a brand-new luxury medical spa opening in Canoga Park, built on clinical excellence, advanced technology, personalized care, and an elevated client experience.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our founding clinical team and play a key leadership role in building the clinical foundation of our practice.
This position is designed for an experienced aesthetic RN who not only excels in patient care and advanced aesthetic treatments, but also possesses the leadership skills necessary to help establish treatment standards, clinical protocols, patient safety procedures, and operational excellence from day one.
As a founding team member, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the culture, treatment standards, and client experience of a growing luxury medical spa from the very beginning.
Position Details

Initial part-time onboarding
Compensation: $60–$80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Leadership Responsibilities

Establish and maintain clinical treatment standards
Assist in developing treatment protocols and best practices

Help implement patient safety procedures and documentation standards

Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to additional nurses as the team expands
Collaborate with ownership, medical leadership, and team members to ensure operational excellence
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care

Clinical Responsibilities

The Lead RN will be expected to independently perform and have prior hands-on experience with:
Botox
Dermal Fillers
Facial Balancing
Microneedling
RF Microneedling
IPL / Photofacial treatments
RF Body Contouring
Advanced skin rejuvenation procedures
Comprehensive aesthetic consultations
Treatment planning and patient education
Post-treatment follow-up and client retention
You will play a key role in establishing treatment standards and helping shape the client experience from the very beginning.

Success in this role goes beyond providing exceptional treatments. We are looking for a warm, confident, and highly communicative nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, creating trust, and providing a personalized experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.

The ideal candidate is comfortable educating clients, understanding their aesthetic goals, and confidently recommending customized treatment plans, memberships, skincare products, and packages that support long-term results. We are seeking someone who is passionate about client relationships, enjoys consultation-based care, and can help drive client satisfaction, retention, and the continued growth and success of our Med Spa.

Required Experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Active California RN License
Previous experience working in a Medical Spa environment
Hands-on experience performing aesthetic treatments on clients
Hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables: Botox, Fillers
Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and treatment protocols
Experience conducting consultations and developing treatment plans
Strong understanding of patient safety, documentation, and clinical best practices
Candidates without prior Medical Spa experience will not be considered for this role.
