Over 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
The ability to complete the prep list before leaving
Label and date all prepped food
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Follow recipes, measure and weigh when necessary
The ability to lift 50lbs
Cleaning of equipment and kitchen utensils is required during your shift
Before your shift is complete you must clean, and sanitize your station
Before leaving you must clean and check out with a manager
Putting away and checking in orders as they arrive
Basic kitchen cleaning like sweeping, mopping, taking the trash out and helping the dishwashers
Doing dishes in the absence of a dishwasher, but also helping the dishwasher when there is one and we are busy
Listening to the directions of the Chefs, sous chefs, and line cooks to create a harmonious work environment
