Boone Wildlife and Pest Solutions, headquartered in Paw Paw, Michigan, is a leading provider of wildlife and pest management services. Under the guidance of our founder, Josh Boone, who brings over 20 years of industry expertise, our team is dedicated to offering efficient, professional, and client-focused solutions for all wildlife and pest issues. We are committed to prompt service to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients, spanning both residential and commercial properties. Our mission extends beyond immediate problem-solving to include the implementation of lasting prevention strategies.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated, responsible, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Pest & Wildlife Customer Service Representative within our growing team. This position entails assisting customers, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers.
Provide information about company services and pricing.
Process customer requests, update account information, and maintain accurate records.
Resolve customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner or direct them to the appropriate team member.
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and follow-up needs.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Utilize computer systems and mobile applications to manage customer information and scheduling.
Process customer payments by accepting, accurately recording, balancing, and preparing daily deposits while maintaining accurate financial records.
Maintain an organized workspace and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
Follow company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven computer knowledge and ability to learn new software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Pest & wildlife industry expirence preffered but not required
Minimum of 1 year experience in home service industry required
Minimum of 2 years expirence in customer service, receptionist, office, or general administrative experience required

Schedule: Willing to tailor schedule to the right canidate

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm (hours may vary based on business needs).
Part-time, Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm (hours may vary based on business needs).
