About the Job:
Service Coordinator:
Location Nashville, GA. This position reports to the service manager and will be responsible for daily operations of the service department- maintaining and creating documentation associated with the servicing and repair of equipment. Scheduling work for the shop and road technicians, communicating with customers about repairs. Process work orders, collect payments, submit warranty claims in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phone calls in the service department.

Wait on customers at the service counter.

Assist in scheduling and answering questions.

Recommend repairs within established guidelines.
-
Communicate with customers on additional repairs needed.
-
Create work orders, enter tech notes and parts on orders, and review for accuracy.

Process warranty claims.
-
Coordinating departmental events.
-
Generate reports and complete other paperwork.
-
Review technician time postings for accuracy.
-
Assist customers with picking up, dropping off, loading, and unloading equipment.

Coordinate transportation for equipment coming and going.

Work with delivery drivers to assure timely pickup and delivery.

Assist in assuring that the shop is in compliance with regulations.

Assisting in parts look-up and ordering.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

A high school diploma is required.

Technical knowledge of agriculture or construction equipment is a plus.
