Full Job Description

Commerce Properties is seeking a Full-Time Apartment Leasing Agent. This position is responsible for leasing and providing best in class customer service at one of our apartment communities. You will work as a member of the leasing team to insure the buildings are effectively leased and our residents are receiving prompt and friendly service.

Opportunity for Career Growth

Duties:

Lease apartments to prospective residents, including initial meeting, tours, screening applications, scheduling and monitoring move-ins and move-outs. This includes some weekend work.
Manage online advertising and assist with marketing.
Receive resident service requests and inspect vacant units.
Provide customer service to residents.
Must be able to comply with Fair Housing practices.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of customer service, sales or multifamily leasing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Strong organization and communication skills preferred
Demonstrated experience building meaningful relationships with customers
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Yardi and RentCafe experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.98 - $25.00 per hour
