We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Medical Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing medical spa. This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

As our Medical Spa Manager, you will oversee both clinical and administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflows, regulatory compliance, and outstanding service delivery. You will collaborate closely with providers, licensed clinical staff, front office personnel, and leadership to support strategic growth while fostering a positive, client-centered culture.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations.
Build, implement, and optimize operational and clinical workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational standards that support quality care and regulatory compliance.
Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives, operational planning, and performance improvement efforts.
Support marketing campaigns, new treatment launches, and business growth initiatives.
Ensure successful implementation of new programs and maintain operational stability after launch.
Recruit, train, mentor, and coach team members on client consultations, sales techniques, treatment offerings, and exceptional service.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, client retention, and financial results.
Serve as a trusted operational resource and consultant for providers and staff.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or related clinical environment.
Strong knowledge of medical spa operations, client service, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience improving operational processes and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting business growth.
