Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekends and Holidays Required (40-60 hours/week)

Position Summary

Livoti’s Old World Market is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding food and customer service. This role is responsible for managing catering orders, coordinating with store departments, ensuring timely execution, and providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Manage all catering orders from inquiry through delivery or pickup.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with menu planning and order customization.
Coordinate with Deli, Kitchen, Bakery, Produce, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain detailed catering schedules and communicate production timelines with department teams.
Ensure all catering orders meet Livoti’s quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
Verify order accuracy prior to customer pickup or delivery.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Monitor catering inventory and communicate product needs to management.
Assist in developing catering promotions and growing catering sales.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
Train and support team members involved in catering operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous catering experience is REQUIRED.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and order management skills are preferred.
Clean driving record, valid Drivers License.

Requirements

Weekend and holiday availability is REQUIRED.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in refrigerated and kitchen environments as needed.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
