Job Overview

Growing pediatric dental practice seeking a friendly, organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional service to children and their parents. 2+ years of dental office experience is required, with experience in scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing strongly preferred.

Qualifications-Dental Front Desk Receptionist

2 years experience in a dental office required
Dentrix
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to interact with children and parents in a caring manner
Able to prioritize tasks and work with interruptions
Good computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized and able to multi-task
Punctual and reliable
Willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as a team

Duties -Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Warmly greet patients and parents and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage appointment schedule
Enter patient data and insurance information
Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to patient appointments
Discuss treatment plans and payments required with parents prior to procedures
Collect and post payments
Collaborate with other healthcare providers concerning mutual patients and email/mail reports
Check and respond to voicemails and emails throughout the day
Assist with marketing and social media endeavors

We pride ourselves on offering an incredible experience by providing detailed explanations and tailoring each visit to meet the unique needs of our patients and parents. Every member of our team plays an integral role in changing how children feel about visiting the dentist.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, friendly receptionist to join our team. As the first face our patients meet, you will be responsible for coordinating and confirming appointments, processing payments, and managing insurance claims.
