Full Job Description

CMA Architects & Engineers, LLC is a full-service engineering and architecture design firm with over 65 years of experience. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, fully bilingual Accountant to join our Administration Department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Entry-level position with up to 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation
Knowledge in Sage 50 Accounting and familiar with similar accounting systems
Familiarity with technical accounting concepts like journal entries, account analysis, account reconciliation, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeeping
Fully bilingual — Spanish and English (required).
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Effective communication skills.
