Full Job Description

Summary of Position

Are you energized by connecting with people, uncovering customer needs, and turning conversations into opportunities? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play an important role in driving growth at Bionix.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our products. You’ll engage with marketing-qualified leads, build relationships, understand their needs, and connect them with the right solutions. Your ability to follow up thoughtfully and consistently will help turn interest into meaningful sales opportunities.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow existing customer relationships by identifying relevant products, services, and solutions that can add value. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, you’ll help create a seamless customer journey from initial interest through conversion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Connect & Build Relationships

Reach out to prospective customers who have expressed interest in Bionix through sample requests, website forms, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Have meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and purchasing readiness.
Qualify opportunities and connect high-potential prospects with the appropriate Account Executive or Sales Representative.
Maintain consistent, strategic follow-up through phone and email to keep opportunities moving forward.

Drive Sales & Create Opportunities

Recommend products and solutions that align with customer needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling that provide additional value to customers.
Clearly communicate the benefits, value, and differentiators of Bionix products.
Introduce customers to new products, promotions, and initiatives that may benefit them.
Help turn qualified interest into sales opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Own Your Pipeline

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM.
Keep track of follow-ups, next steps, and opportunities to ensure prospects don’t fall through the cracks.
Manage a consistent outreach cadence across a high volume of leads.
Monitor pipeline activity and take ownership of moving opportunities forward.

Collaborate & Make an Impact

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to improve lead engagement and conversion strategies.
Share customer insights and feedback that can help shape sales campaigns, marketing efforts, and future product initiatives.
Test and refine outreach approaches based on what resonates with customers.
Contribute ideas that help the team work smarter and create a better customer experience.

Measure & Improve

Track outreach activity, lead conversion, and sales opportunity generation.
Monitor customer responses and engagement trends.
Use data and results to continually improve outreach strategies and effectiveness.
