Full Job Description

Pay: $30.00 per hour, plus up to $500 per month performance bonus
Location: 20950 Warner Center Lane, Suite A, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (in-office, not remote)

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (group interview day)

Job description:

The League LLC is a growing solar sales organization in Woodland Hills. We recruit and train new sales representatives continuously, and we are looking for one organized, self-directed person to own the entire recruiting pipeline from first application to the moment a candidate walks into training.

This is not a role where someone will be looking over your shoulder. We want a person who can take the process, run it, and improve it.

What you will do:

Review and respond to roughly 150 inbound applications per week across Indeed and our other recruiting channels.

Identify the strongest candidates and call them directly rather than sending everyone the same generic message.

Invite candidates to our weekly Tuesday group interview, then confirm attendance by phone and text in the days leading up to it.

Attend the Tuesday group interview to check candidates in and track exactly who applied, who confirmed, and who actually showed.

Track hire outcomes and build the reporting that tells us what is working and what is not.

Run structured follow-up campaigns in GoHighLevel for candidates who did not show, did not get hired, or went quiet.

Keep our recruiting records and org chart accurate and current in GoHighLevel.

Do light sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels when the inbound pipeline is slow.

Participate in our daily team meeting from 1:00 to 2:00, Tuesday through Friday.

Handle occasional general office and administrative tasks.

What we require:

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, or strong experience with a comparable CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Keap. You do not need to be an expert in GoHighLevel, but you need to already understand how CRMs, pipelines, and automated campaigns work. Honestly, if you know GoHighLevel better than we do, that is a plus.

Comfort making outbound phone calls. This is not a heavy call volume role, but you will be on the phone every day.

Strong written communication. You will be texting and emailing candidates constantly and you represent us.

The ability to work independently and manage your own day without being assigned tasks.

Reliable availability every Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. That is our group interview day and it is non-negotiable.

Reliable transportation to our Woodland Hills office. Parking is free and covered.

What we offer:

$30.00 per hour, which is well above market for a part-time coordinator role, because we want someone we can actually trust with this.

Up to $500 per month in performance bonus tied to interview show rate and hires.

Free covered parking.

Paid sick leave and all benefits required under California and City of Los Angeles law.

A consistent midday schedule that leaves your mornings and afternoons open.
