The Role

This is a field sales position for someone who knows how to hunt and build. You will own a territory, develop it, and grow it. Your job is to get in front of dealers and installers, earn their trust, close business, and then grow alongside them as a real partner. We are not looking for someone who drops a catalog and moves on. We want someone who invests in their accounts, understands their business, and helps them grow so that both sides win.

You will not be sitting at a desk processing orders. We have an inside sales team that handles all of that. Your focus is in the field, building the relationships that drive long-term volume.

What You Will Do

Prospect, call, and visit dealers, installers, and automotive businesses in your territory
Close new accounts and develop them into long-term partners
Understand each dealer's business and help them grow their PPF and tint volume
Reactivate dormant accounts and win back lost business
Build and grow a consistent monthly sales volume month over month
Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and territory with full autonomy
Collaborate with inside sales to make sure your accounts are always supported on the back end

What We Are Looking For

3 or more years of outside field sales experience with a proven record of hunting and closing
Demonstrated history of building and growing a territory
Someone who builds genuine partnerships with clients, not just transactional relationships
Comfortable with cold calls, door knocking, and face-to-face prospecting
Self-managed and accountable, you do not need to be pushed to get in front of people
Strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly with business owners and decision makers
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Based in Houston, TX or able to commute to 77077

Preferred but not required:

Experience in automotive, aftermarket, PPF, tint, or related trade industry
Existing dealer or installer relationships in the Houston area or surrounding region
Bilingual English and Spanish
