Job Description
As a Jr Paid Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns through gaining an understanding of our clients’ industries and their goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies across multiple digital platforms (including Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing and others). The role requires a deep understanding of business principles, marketing analytics, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement advertising strategies for paid media campaigns across the entire Google Ads ecosystem, including, but not limited to, Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, and LSA.
Create and manage full-funnel Facebook ad campaigns, utilizing various creative formats and reporting on the results of any testing.
Ability and commitment to learning and managing campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Yahoo Gemini, various DSPs, and more.
Dive deep into campaign performance data to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.
Adjust ad spend and targeting parameters based on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
