Full Job Description

Downtown law firm seeks a Real Estate Legal Assistant for their busy practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, preferably supporting Real Estate, Corporate, and/or Business Litigation practices. This role supports 2–3 attorneys across the Real Estate, Corporate, and Business Litigation Departments and offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven strengths in file and document management, calendaring and deadline tracking, client communication, and hands-on support with case preparation and ongoing case management.

Requirements

1+ years of related experience will be considered
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
