About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Associate or Senior Marketing Associate to join our team and help us build and grow our marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, marketing generalist role. You'll be involved in a little bit of everything — content creation, SEO, SEM, GEO, social media advertising, email marketing, graphic design, website management, analytics, and more. We need someone who can wear different hats, learn quickly, and get things done. You don't need to be an expert at everything on Day 1. What matters most is that you have a good marketing foundation, are comfortable learning new things, and can execute across different channels. As you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the areas where you have the greatest strengths and where we see the biggest opportunities.

- Test different approaches and continuously improve our marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is curious, creative, hands-on, organized, and willing to learn. You don't need to be an expert in every area listed above. - Manufacturing or industrial marketing experience.
- Experience marketing technical products.
- Experience with WordPress or another CMS.
- Google Analytics / Google Search Console experience.
- Google Ads experience.
- HubSpot and SemRush
- LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram experience with content creation and ads.

Associate vs. Senior Associate
We're open to hiring at either the Marketing Associate or Senior Marketing Associate level. The level will be based on your experience, skill set, independence, and ability to take ownership of different areas of marketing.
Marketing Associate
You have a solid foundation in marketing and can execute marketing activities across multiple channels, but you're still developing your skills and gaining experience. You'll have opportunities to learn, experiment, and develop deeper expertise in specific areas of marketing.
Senior Marketing Associate
You have enough experience to independently manage many of the activities above and can take ownership of marketing initiatives with limited supervision. You'll be expected to not only execute but also identify opportunities, make recommendations, analyze results, and help shape our marketing strategy.
The Right Person for This Role
You might be a great fit if you're the type of person who can spend the morning: Writing a blog post → creating a graphic for LinkedIn → optimizing an SEO page → launching an email campaign → checking Google Ads → updating the website → and then figuring out why the latest campaign isn't converting. You don't have to know everything but you have to be willing to learn everything. That's really the philosophy behind this position. We're looking for a marketing generalist who can learn, create, execute, measure, and improve. As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to specialize and take ownership of the areas where you can make the biggest impact.
