7am-3pm Saturday & Sunday, & Monday

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries to enhance their overall experience.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
Manage reservations through multi-line phone systems and online platforms.
Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
Address any guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring resolution in a professional manner.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
· Breakfast attendant as needed if one not available.
· Laundry attendant as needed if one not available

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
