Full Job Description

Overview

The Operations & Client Success Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day customer account activities, coordinating internal projects, and assisting with operational processes. This position works closely with sales, production, warehouse, and marketing teams to help ensure orders move efficiently from placement through fulfillment while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working across multiple departments in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Support
Support assigned wholesale account within the ERP system
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate internal production timelines and monitor work-in-progress inventory.
Assist in managing domestic production
Maintain and organize product sample inventory for internal use and customer requests.
Update Shopify product listings, product information, and assist with website maintenance by coordinating with developers when necessary.
Trade Shows & Events
Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, including booth logistics, vendor communication, product sample preparation, and event materials.
Coordinate registration deadlines, shipping schedules, and event documentation.
Support booth setup and breakdown as needed.
Marketing Support
Coordinate product photoshoots and assist with organizing marketing assets.
Support creation and distribution of marketing materials including catalogs, lookbooks, website updates, and promotional content.
Assist with management of the Colorfast Wholesale social media presence by scheduling content and supporting marketing initiatives.
Work with internal teams to help execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
ERP & Administrative Support
Generate reports related to sales, inventory, and production.
Provide administrative support for cross-functional operational projects as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, operations, project coordination, or the apparel industry.
Experience using ERP systems (Exenta, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with Shopify, Exenta or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
