Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

MPA’s Sales / Marketing department and their customers. Interface with MPA’s customers at store and staff level, gather, and collect information as required by the Director of Training and other MPA management. Aid in developing brand loyalty, increase sales, reduce warranty, create and deliver training as required.

We are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable Automotive Field Sales Representastive to join our Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Technical automotive sales preferably with companies such as AutoZone, O'Reilly's. Auto Parts, Napa, Advance Auto parts or Similar Automotive aftermarket.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Participate with customers in servicing their business through ride along sales calls explaining features and benefits of our products.
Assist customers in promoting and developing increased sales.
Deliver technical and sales presentations as required.
Continue personal education to remain current with changing technologies.
Maintain ASE Certifications in corresponding categories
Effectively plan a personal schedule including travel, class requirements, class materials, issue certificates of completion.
Insure accurate, timely reporting, and distribution of reports as required by the Director of Training and other MPA management.
Assist with technical questions from customers and MPA management pertaining to all of our product lines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail auto parts
ASE Certified Preferred

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to speak, read, and write English. Spanish is a plus.
Good public speaking and communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel,)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
