We operate a 137-bed long-term care facility offering a wide range of specialized programs, including skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and home health services. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our outreach efforts and drive growth within our senior healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise-level sales, business development, and marketing within the healthcare or related sectors. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, foster client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals while promoting Greenwood House’s reputation for quality care.

Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting in meeting the marketing and census goals of the community through effective planning of admissions, move-ins, move-outs, and other sales activities. Responsibilities include serving as a community ambassador and leasing representative, conducting phone and in-person prospecting activities, professionally presenting the benefits and features of the community, qualifying for residency, converting sales appointments, and maintaining good communication between signing of paperwork and move-in to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for developing and organizing a networking/community outreach program with a focus on clinical professionals including hospitals, physicians, sub-acute rehabs, etc. to maintain referral and admission volume with a plan for consistent daily, weekly, and monthly visits as necessary.
Meets or exceeds all sales and marketing metrics while ensuring that a census of budgeted occupancy or higher is maintained; Sets, tracks, and accomplishes goals on a timely basis for completed calls, mailings, referrals, generated appointments set, presentations, and admissions.
Promptly complete and record all leads management system all traffic/guest card information, and all prospecting activities on all prospects, send thank you notes, and perform follow-up activities in a prompt and consistent manner.
Contribute ideas for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction, and for networking/outreach events
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the building's products and services, resident care-related capabilities, and physician relations.
Ensures the facility is in its peak readiness and appearance, taking immediate action on unsatisfactory appearance problems
Maintains current database and develops monthly topical communications to inquiry leads

Requirements:

Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT as well as previous CRM experience.
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
At least two years of successful experience in sales/marketing or a related field
Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills.
