Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and will involve a mix of clerical duties, calendar management, and effective communication.

Duties

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records.
Handle clerical duties such as preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
Entry of CPT and diagnosis codes.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Skills

Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
