Area Coach (District Manager) - Flynn Taco Bell

Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus

What You'll Do

As an Area Coach, you'll lead multiple Taco Bell restaurants by inspiring leaders, growing sales, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You'll spend your time:

What We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders who love developing people just as much as driving results.

Ideal candidates have:

Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
Experience leading General Managers
Strong P&L and financial management skills
Proven ability to improve sales, profitability, and operations
Passion for coaching and developing leaders
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel throughout the assigned market
