Help Drive Innovation, Efficiency, and Exceptional User Experiences

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure successful system implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. You'll play an important role in improving processes, gathering requirements, managing projects, developing reports and forms, and ensuring technology solutions meet organizational needs.

What You'll Do

Analyze & Improve Business Processes

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve business processes.
Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Gather & Manage Requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements.
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.

Support Project Execution

Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders, software developers, and third-party vendors.
Track project progress, communicate updates, and help ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure Quality & System Integrity

Conduct testing to validate functionality, usability, reliability, integration, and performance.
Document testing activities and communicate results to stakeholders.

System Administration & Reporting

Administer assigned systems and maintain user access, configurations, and system settings.
Develop and maintain reports and forms to support business operations.

Technology & Innovation

Review system releases and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through new features and automation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
