B2B Inside Sales / Account Rep
About the Role:
LPD Music International is looking for a driven and passionate B2B Account Manager / Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Madison Heights, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and grow sales within the dynamic music industry. Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts within the music products industry

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business and retain existing clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners

Present and promote LPD Music International’s product catalog to prospective and current clients

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment
Requirements:

1-3 years of B2B inside sales or account management experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently

Knowledge of or passion for musical instruments, pro audio, or music products is a plus

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
