Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the face of our establishment, expertly handling food and beverage orders while delivering outstanding customer care. Whether crafting innovative cocktails, recommending fine wines, or ensuring seamless service, your enthusiasm will elevate every guest interaction. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and mixology standards
Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to delight guests with innovative offerings
Manage cash transactions efficiently, process payments accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events such as banquets or catering functions
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, including restaurant or banquet settings
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; prior experience with POS processing is preferred
Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits familiarity
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is highly desirable
Experience with beverage recipe development and beverage presentation techniques is a plus
Knowledge of food industry standards related to catering or banquet services enhances your candidacy
